Building Permits

The City of Gilmer now offers a new online system for Building Permits, powered by GovWell. Community members and contractors can submit requests, track status, and access information online.

Permit modules include: New Construction, Accessory Buildings, Remodels, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and more!

 To register and submit applications:

1. Visit GovWell
2. Create an account
3. Complete the contractor registration process
4. Access permit application forms and submit electronically

For assistance, contact the online help via GovWell for account setup questions.
