The Public Works Department will be spraying for mosquitos inside the city limits from May until September, between the hours of 7:00 pm & 11:00 pm weather permitting.

Spraying cannot be done during period of 10+ winds or rain.

Notice: The City of Gilmer adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate.
The tax rate will effectively be raised by 8% and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $31.06.
